How digital deliverables and services are handed over
1. Nature of Deliverables
Deepmtrx Digital exclusively delivers digital services, web applications, custom software code, digital documentation, and technical configuration. We do not manufacture or ship physical physical products unless specifically agreed in a separate hardware contract.
2. Delivery Method & Access Provisioning
Digital deliverables are provided via:
- Direct Deployment: Launching production systems directly onto the client's verified server, cloud hosting, or domain environment.
- Source Code Repositories: Transferring Git repository access or zipped code archives.
- Digital Documentation: Providing administration credentials, user manuals, and video walkthroughs via secure email.
3. Delivery Timelines
Timelines are defined in the project scope agreement. Delivery of preliminary staging previews and final production launches will follow the project milestone schedule agreed upon before initiation.
